These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Chair Yoga Fit app for seniors (the “App”) and this website. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Health & medical disclaimer
Chair Yoga Fit provides general fitness and wellness content and is not medical advice. Chair yoga and exercise carry inherent risks. Consult your physician or healthcare provider before starting this or any exercise program, especially if you are a senior, are pregnant, have an injury, or have a medical condition. Stop immediately and seek medical attention if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or discomfort. You participate at your own risk, and you are responsible for exercising within your own limits.
2. License to use the App
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the App or its content.
3. Subscriptions, free trials & billing
- The App is free to download and offers optional premium subscriptions.
- Purchases and any free trials are billed through your Apple App Store account.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in violation of any law.
5. Intellectual property
The App, its name, logo, design, text, and routines are owned by Chair Yoga Fit or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Stock video footage is used under license from its respective providers.
6. Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any specific health result.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chair Yoga Fit and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any injury or loss arising from your use of the App or participation in any routine.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Chair Yoga Fit harmless from claims arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Chair Yoga Fit’s developer is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
